Delivery & Returns

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the UK, excluding very bulky items such as wadding and any very large items – we will contact you and give you details if this is the case.  There is  currently a minimum spend of £20 to qualify for free shipping.  If your order is less than £20 in value, we will add a £2.50 delivery charge.

For UK deliveries, we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible; usually this is the next day. If we are out of stock on any items, we will contact you to let you know.

Our free shipping will be sent via Royal Mail first class. If you want guaranteed next day delivery or other postage services, the cost will need to be added to your order total.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with any item we send you, or if you receive a faulty item, you have 14 days to return the product and we will issue a full refund.

Unless faulty, we will not accept returned products which have been taken out of their packaging or used.

We are also unable to accept returns on cut products such as elastics, ribbons, fabrics etc unless faulty.
